Katy never teaches the same poses in the same order from week to week and yet she always seems to lead us through a routine that ends up being just what we need at the time. We focus on technique and slowly moving from pose to pose. I can get out of my head and lose myself in the movement and the breathing. After her classes I feel good; both physically and emotionally.
